Buying
By placing a bid or offer on any item listed on OfferMax you, as a buyer, are obligated to honor your bid should it be accepted by Seller. You, as a Buyer, will be notified by Seller within 48 hours of having your bid accepted.
As a buyer you are free to place multiple offers on any items you choose. It is the equal responsibility of the buyer and seller to mutually agree on how any transaction is completed. OfferMax is not responsible for handling funds to complete the auction.
Selling
By offering an item for sale, you may consider any offer or accept any offer, even if it is not the highest bid. You are not however, required to accept any offer.
As Seller, it is your responsibility to contact the winning bidder and initiate how the transaction is conducted and completed.
Seller is responsible for accuracy and representation of condition for any item, or items, listed for auction. Any false representation of items listed for auction can void auction.
It is the responsibility of seller and buyer to mutually agree on how any transaction is completed. OfferMax is not responsible for handling funds to complete auction.
